A homeowner in Ghent, MN, noticed their basement was suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a solution. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Dylan, to the home to take a closer look.

Solution

The following week, Dylan promptly arrived at the home and started the thorough inspection. During his evaluation, Dylan found several areas where water was seeping into the basement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Dylan recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. The homeowner agreed and worked with Dylan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Lane, and his crew traveled to the site to begin. First, Lane and his crew began by securing WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the SuperSump+. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work.
