After a heavy rainstorm, a homeowner in Spring Valley, MN, discovered standing water throughout their basement. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner began looking into "waterproofing services near me". One of the first companies to populate was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to go ahead and sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ryan.

Solution

A few days later, Ryan promptly arrived at the home and began a thorough inspection of the property. During the inspection, Ryan found that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent the water intrusion from worsening, Ryan recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was their best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ryan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kevin, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Kevin and his crew began by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe. Once the TripleSafe was secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
