A homeowner in Austin, MN, had been experiencing concrete and water issues in the basement. Concerned the problems would worsen, the homeowner decided to contact us to schedule their FREE estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Romeo V., arrived at the home for the inspection. He began by looking at the concrete around the home and noticed a few areas that were trip hazards. Next, Romeo took a close look at the basement and identified the problem areas where water intrusion was present. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, he recommended lifting the concrete slabs with PolyLevel and sealing the joints with NexusPro.
