Challenge

A homeowner in Stockholm, MN, knew it was time to repair their water-damaged basement. Unsure who to work with, the homeowner looked into "waterproofing services near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Mac.

Solution

The following week, Mac promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Mac found that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Mac recommended waterproofing the entire basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed with Mac's proposal. Once the proposal installation was set, our Foreman, Jeromy, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Jeromy and his crew installed WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
