Challenge

Following a series of heavy thunderstorms, a homeowner in Chippewa Falls, WI, knew they needed to find a professional solution for their issue. Uncertain who to work with, the homeowner looked into "basement perimter drainage system". At the top of the list was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our services. Impressed with our ratings and reviews, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate.

Solution

Once the estimate was set, the homeonwer prepared for the arrival of our Design Speicalist, Darin. A few days later, Darin promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Darin noted that the west wall was suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Darin recommended fully waterproofing the west wall. The homeowner agreed and worked with Darin to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Raul, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Raul and his crew started by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the homeowner shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew.
