Solution

Once the estimate was set, the homewoner prepared for the arrival of our Design Speicalist, Ian. A few days later, Ian promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During his evaluation, Ian noted several areas that were leaking water. To prevent this issue from worsening, Ian recommended waterproofing the east wall. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Ian's recommendations. Ian worked with the homeowner to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Kingsley and his crew began by securing WaterGuard along the wall. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished walls. Finally, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
