Elkton, MN, Malfunctioning Sump Pump Replaced

A homeowner in Elkton, MN, noticed their sump pump was running irregularly. Anxious that this was a sign their sump pump was malfunctioning, the homeowner knew they needed to find a professional to provide them with a solution. The homeowner came across American Waterworks and noted that we also offer radon testing and mitigation. After seeing these services, the homeowner knew that we were the perfect company for their project, and they signed up for their FREE estimate.

Solution

Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Romeo. When the appointment date arrived, Romeo traveled to the home to begin the inspection. During the inspection, Romeo started a radon test. While waiting for the test to complete, Romeo inspected the sump pump. After taking a closer look at the sump pump, Romeo confirmed it required replacement. Next, Romeo shared his findings with the homeowner and recommended an action plan. The homeowner agreed and worked with the homeowner to find the installation date. When the installation date arrived, Dakota and his crew started by securing the Radon Mitigation System on the west side of the home. Once the Radon Mitigation System was secured, Dakota and his crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. After all the products were properly installed, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their radon levels were lowered and the sump pump was working properly.
