Wet Basement Waterproofed in Mandan, ND

Challenge

A homeowner in Mandan, ND, had grown concerned after smelling a musty odor in their basement. Worried they were experiencing a leaking basement, the homeowner decided to contact us and schedule their FREE basement waterproofing estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, James N., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, our Design Specialist took a close look at the area of concern where he noticed a high moisture level along the walls. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, they worked together on creating the right solution that was what the homeowner was looking for. James multiple proposal to have the homeowner choose from. After looking through them, the homeowner decided to go with installing Flexispan along the wall that was leaking. After about a month, our Service Technician, Dylan J., arrived at the home for the installation. At the installation, he was able to see that other parts of their basement had been affected. The homeowner then decided to go with one of James' other proposals, which was to fully waterproof the basement.

In a couple of weeks, our Foreman, Kingsley C., and his crew arrived for the installation. The crew installed 45ft of CleanSpace and WaterGuard, 1 IceGuard, 1 UltraSump, and 1 Zoeller pump. After the successful installation, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
