Leaking Basement Gets Waterproofed in Rosemount, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Rosemount, MN, had grown concerned about their basement after noticing signs of a leak. Knowing the issue needed immediate attention, the homeowner decided to contact us and schedule their FREE basement waterproofing estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Brian R., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the home. During the inspection, he tested the humidity levels and confirmed that it is higher than normal. He also spotted leaks along the edges of the floor. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, he created a proposal tailored to the homeowner's issue. In that proposal, Brian recommended replacing the sump pumps with our Zoeller pump and installing UltraSump, our battery backup pump. Along with those, Brian also recommended waterproofing the basement with CleanSpace, our vapor wall barrier system, and WaterGuard, our perimeter drainage system. After looking over the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations.

In about a month, one of our crews arrived at the home for the installation. The crew installed 43ft of WaterGuard and CleanSpace, 1 UltraSump, and 1 Zoeller pump.
