Solution

The solution we proposed involved a precise installation of our WaterGuard drainage system to prevent further leaking by capturing and redirecting seepage. The system was uniquely installed beneath the basement floor, channeling water from the wall-floor joint directly to the SuperSump+ system. For added protection, SuperSump+, equipped with a 1/3 HP pump and built-in alarm, was strategically placed to ensure efficient water disposal. This setup prevents the accumulation of excessive moisture, crucial during heavy rainfall. To secure the basement thoroughly, we installed the CleanSpace liner, which offered moisture control and protection against mold growth. Rounding out the installation, our IceGuard system ensured that discharges would continue unimpeded in freezing conditions—eliminating the risk of pipe blockage. Lastly, TrenchDrain was installed at an entryway. Upon completion, the homeowner experienced a transformed and dry environment in their basement.
