CleanSpace Encapsulates Wet Walls in Hope, MN

A homeowner in Hope, MN, received an alert that it was nearly time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner contacted our Service team and signed up for their annual maintenance appointment. Once the appointment arrived, our Service Technician, Glenn, traveled to the home to begin the appointment.

Solution

First, Glenn began by inspecting the previously installed products to ensure they are running at top efficiency. During the inspection, Glenn noted that the basement walls were leaking water. To prevent this issue from continuing, Glenn knew they needed to encapsulate their basement walls. Glenn shared his findings with the homeowner and his recommendations. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed with Glenn's recommendations. Next, the homeowner worked with Glenn to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our crew traveled to the home to begin. The crew installed CleanSpace, a plastic vapor barrier, on the struggling walls. After all, the CleanSpace was installed, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
