Solution
Brady promptly arrived at the home and started the thorough inspection of the basement. During his evaluation, Brady noted that several areas were suffering from water damage. Additionally, Brady found that the walls were separating and bowing. To stop these issues from progressing, Brady recommended securing several waterproofing products and stabilizing the walls with GeoLock Wall Anchors. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Brady's recommendations. Next, Brady and the homeowner worked together to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Raul, and his crew started the installation. First, Raul and his crew began by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, Raul shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Next, the crew worked on attaching GeoLock Wall Anchors to the struggling walls. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up and left the home.
