After the heavy rains from the previous summer, a homeowner in Kensett, IA, knew it was time to properly waterproof their basement. Solution
A few days later, Ryan promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Ryan noted several areas that were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Ryan recommended waterproofing the entire basement. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Luis, and his crew arrived at the home to begin. Luis and his crew began by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Next, the crew secured GeoLock Wall Anchors on the struggling walls. Once the GeoLock Wall Anchors were secured, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
