Challenge
Following a heavy rainstorm, a homeowner in Woodstock, MN, noticed their basement was leaking water. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner decided to look into "who to call for a basement leak?" At the top of the search results was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to go ahead and sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate details were finalized, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Eric. A few days later, Eric promptly arrived at the home and started the thorough inspection.
Solution
Eric noted several areas struggling with water intrusion. To stop the water intrusion from continuing, Eric recommended installing numerous waterproofing products. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Eric to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Kiko and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the SuperSump+. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
