Solution
Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Jason. A few days later, Jason traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Jason saw several areas that were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from continuing, Jason recommended securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Jason to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kevin, and his crew promptly arrived and began the installation. First, Kevin and his crew secured WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump.
