The homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate, and they prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ian. A few days later, Ian traveled to the home to begin the estimate. During the estimate, Ian noted several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Ian suggested waterproofing the entire basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, Ian agreed and worked with the homeowners to find the best installation date. Once the installation date was set, we sent our Foreman, Roel, to the home to secure the products. First, Roel and his crew started by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
