Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ryan. A few days later, Ryan promptly arrived at the home and began the detailed inspection.
Solution
When the appointment arrived, Ryan promptly arrived at the home to begin the detailed inspection. During the inspection, Ryan noted several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from continuing, Ryan suggested installing WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and the TripleSafe throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowenr agreed and worked with Ryan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kevin, and his crew secured several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Kevin and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew took out the old sump and replaced it with the TripleSafe sump system. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement wall. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
