Solution
Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Michel. A few days later, Michel traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Michel saw several areas that were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from continuing, Michel recommended securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with the Design Specialist to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Lane, and his crew promptly arrived and began the installation. First, Lane and his crew secured WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
