Before spring arrived, a homeowner in Minneapolis, MN, hoped to have their water-damaged basement repaired. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ryan. A few weeks later, Ryan promptly arrived at the home to begin the estimate.
Solution
Ryan promptly arrived and began the detailed inspection. Upon closer inspection, Ryan determined the basement was suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from continuing, Ryan suggested securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ryan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Matt, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Matt and his crew began by installing WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe sump system. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the damaged foundation walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work the crew completed.
