A homeowner in Minot, ND, noticed their basement was leaking water. Worried this could lead to serious issues later on, the homeowner began looking into "wet basement repair near me". Solution
A few days later, Ian traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection. During the estimate, Ian determined that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from continuing, Ian suggested securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ian to find the best installation date. Once the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Emmanuel, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Emmanuel and his crew started by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with our TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
