Challenge
A homeowner in Oakdale, MN, noticed their basement was suffering from water damage. Worried this would worsen as the snow melted, the homeowner looked for a professional waterproofing company to provide them with a solution. The first company to catch their eye was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Jason.
Solution
A few days later, Jason traveled to the home to begin the inspection. During the inspection, Jason noted that the areas were suffering from water intrusion. To stop the issue from progressing, Jason recommended waterproofing the surrounding basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, Jason agreed and worked with the homeowner to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kevin, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Kevin and his crew installed WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
