A homeowner in St. Cloud, MN, noticed their basement was suffering from water damage. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a solution. Solution

Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Daniel. On the day of the appointment, Daniel promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Daniel confirmed the basement was suffering from water damage. To prevent this issue from worsening, Daniel recommended securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Daniel to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Foreman, Matt, and his crew. Matt and his crew promptly arrived at the home and began the installation. First, the crew started by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
