Once the Service appointment was made, our Service Technician, Kevin, traveled to the home to begin the appointment.
Solution
When the Service appointment arrived, Kevin promptly arrived and began inspecting the products. After reviewing the products, Kevin noted that one wall was severely leaking. To stop the water from leaking, Kevin recommended installing WaterGuard and CleanSpace. Knowing this was the best plan, the homeowner agreed and worked with Kevin to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our crew started by securing WaterGuard along the struggling wall. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work the crew completed.
