Challenge
A homeowner in St.Paul, MN, noticed it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner called our Appointment Center to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. Once the Service appointment was made, our Service Technician, Kyle, traveled to the home to begin the appointment.
Solution
When the Service appointment arrived, Kyle promptly arrived and began inspecting the products. After reviewing the products, Kevin noted that one wall was severely leaking. To stop the water from leaking, Kyle recommended installing WaterGuard, Triple Safe, and CleanSpace. Knowing this was the best plan, the homeowner agreed and worked with Kyle to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Juan, and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the struggling wall. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to replacing the old sump pump with the TripleSafe. Finally, Juan and his crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work the crew completed.
