A homeowner in Spicer, MN, noticed water throughout their basement. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with the best solution. Solution
On the day of the appointment, Eric promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Eric noted the wall was leaking a significant amount of water. To prevent this issue from worsening, Eric recommended securing several waterproofing products throughout the water-damaged basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Eric to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Lane, and his crew promptly arrived to begin the installation. First, Lane and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe. Finally, the crew wrapped up by attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their basement was properly repaired.
