Solution
A few days later, Brady promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Brady noted the sump pump was not properly running. To prevent this issue from worsening, Brady recommended taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Brady's suggestions. Next, Brady and the homeowner worked together to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Jose, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Brady and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Finally, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
