Leaking Basement Walls Waterproofed in Saint Paul, MN
Challenge
A homeowner in Saint Paul, MN, noticed their basement walls were leaking water. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a permanent solution. Solution
When the appointment arrived, Tim traveled to the home and began the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Tim noticed several wet spots throughout the basement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Tim recommended securing waterproofing products throughout the basement. The homeowner agreed with Tim's recommendations, and then they worked together to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Chris, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Chris and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe. After the TripleSafe was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
