A homeonwer in Rolla, ND, noticed their basement was suffering from flooding and structural damage. Hoping to find one company that could provide repairs for all the issues, the homeowner looked into "basement repair near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our services. Impressed with our previous projects, the homeowner knew that we were the ideal company for their project. Solution

Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ian. A few days later, Ian promptly arrived at the home to begin the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Ian confirmed the basement walls were suffering from water intrusion and foundation settlement. To prevent these issues from worsening, Ian recommended securing several waterproofing and foundation repair products. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ian to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Aaron, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Aaron and his crew started by securing WaterGuard throughout the basement. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Once the sump pump was installed, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew secured PowerBraces on the damaged walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
