Weeping Walls Repaired in Anoka, MN
Challenge
A homeowner in Anoka, MN, noticed their north wall was leaking water. Concerned by the discovery, the homeowner began searching for a professional basement waterproofing company to provide them with a solution. After looking into "basement waterproofing near me, " one of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. The homeowner was impressed with our previous project, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Jason.
Solution
A few days later, Jason arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. Jason confirmed that the majority of the water was leaking from the crack, but the entire wall was suffering. To prevent these issues from continuing, Jason recommended waterproofing the entire wall. Knowing this was the best plan of action, Jason agreed and worked with the homeowner to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Diego, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Diego and his crew began by installing WaterGuard along the basement wall. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once both these products were installed, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crews.
