Solution
Mac promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the water-damaged basement. To prevent the issue from worsening, Mac recommended securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best course of action, Mac agreed and worked with the homeowner to identify the optimal installation date. On the scheduled installation date, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Foreman, Kiko. A few days later, Kiko promptly arrived at the home and began the installation. First, Kiko and his crew began by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
