A homeowner in Rochester, MN, noticed a musty odor throughout the home. After doing some investigating, the homeowner discovered the odor was coming from the basement. Solution

Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ryan. A few days later, Ryan promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Ryan confirmed the basement was suffering from water intrusion. To prevent the water intrusion from worsening, Ryan recommended securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with the Design Specialist to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Kiko and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement wall. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
