Solution
Once Brady arrived, he began a thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Brady noted that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Brady recommended waterproofing the entire basement. The homeowner agreed with Brady's suggestions, and they then worked together to identify the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Kiko and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew secured the TripleSafe sump pump in the basement. After the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their basement was properly waterproofed.
