Solution
Nick promptly arrived and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Nick noted several areas were suffering from water intrusion and foundation issues. To prevent the issues from worsening, Nick recommended permanently stabilizing and waterproofing the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Nick to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Jesus, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Jesus and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement walls. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe. Next, Jesus and his crew shifted to securing 22 GeoLock Wall Anchors on the damaged foundation. Finally, the crew shifted to securing CleanSpace on the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their material and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by Jesus and his crew.
