A homeowner in Baldwin, WI, made a startling discovery: their basement was flooded. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a solution. The homeowner looked into "companies that waterproof near me", and the first company to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our stellar ratings and reviews, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Jesse.
Solution
Once Jesse arrived, he began a thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Jesse confirmed the water was coming in from the perimeter walls. To prevent this issue from worsening, Jesse recommended waterproofing the entire basement. The homeowner agreed with Jesse's suggestions, and they then worked together to identify the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Lane, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Lane and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew secured the TripleSafe sump pump in the basement. After the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their basement was properly waterproofed.
