Solution
Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Dylan. The following week, Dylan promptly arrived at the home and began the inspection. During the inspection, Dylan confirmed the basement was suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Dylan suggested installing WaterGuard and CleanSpace. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Dylan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew started by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
