Challenge
A homeowner in Westby, WI, noticed it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and scheduled their annual maintenance appointment with our Service Technician, Bradey. A few days later, Bradey arrived at the home and began the inspection of the installed products. While he was there, the homeowner mentioned their basement was suffering from water intrusion. Bradey took a closer look and confirmed the basement was suffering from water intrusion.
Solution
To prevent the issue from worsening, Brady suggested securing several waterproofing products in the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Brady to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kevin, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Kevin and his crew began by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the SuperSump+. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. As soon as all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
