Good Thunder, MN, Water Damaged Basement Repaired
Challenge
A homeowner in Good Thunder, MN, noticed water intrusion in their basement. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a solution. The homeowner looked into "waterproofing experts near me", and one of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner decided to request a FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Speicalist, Ryan. Once Ryan arrived, he began his thorough inspection of the basement.
Solution
During the inspection, Ryan noticed their basement was suffering from water intrusion. To prevent the water intrusion from worsening, the homeowner recommended securing several waterproofing products. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ryan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Luis, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, the crew started by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew attached the CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
