Following the first snowmelt of the winter, a homeowner in Mandan, ND, noticed their basement carpets were soggy. Concered by this discovery, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a solution. Solution

James traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, James noted their south basement wall was suffering from water intrusion. To prevent the water intrusion from worsening, James suggested securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with James to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Aaron, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Aaron and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the south wall. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the half wall of the basement. Finally, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe, a sump pump system. As soon as the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
