Challenge
A homeowner in Fargo, ND, noticed their back wall was suffering from water intrusion issues. A few years prior, the homeowner had American Waterworks out to complete foundation repair, so they decided to call us back to complete their waterproofing project. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Ian, to the home to take a closer look. Ian promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement.
Solution
During the inspection, Ian noted the wall was suffering significantly from water damage. To prevent the water damage from continuing, Ian recommended waterproofing the damaged walls. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ian to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, the crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement wall. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once the CleanSpace was attached, the crew shifted to cleaning up their matierals and leaving the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their basement was properly repaired.
