Following a series of heavy thunderstorms, a homeowner in Devils Lake, ND, noticed water intrusion in their basement. Solution
Marc traveled to the home to begin the detailed inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Marc noted the walls were leaking significant amounts of water. To prevent these issues from continuing, Marc recommended securing several waterproofing products in the basement. Knowing this would resolve their water intrusion issue long term, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Marc's proposal. Next, Marc worked with the homeowner to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Roel, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Roel and his crew installed WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
