Due to recent rain in Minneapolis, MN, a homeowner noticed multiple water leaks along the foundation walls, specifically at the edges of the floor near the windows. Concerned about potential mold growth, the homeowner contacted us to schedule their FREE estimate. Solution
On the day of the appointment, our Design Specialist arrived at the home. During the inspection, they took a close look at the basement, taking note of the areas where water leaks could be seen, and tested the humidity levels. After confirming the source of the water leaks was an unreliable waterproofing system, our Design Specialist began working on a detailed solution that was within the homeowner's budget. They recommended installing our WaterGuard interior drainage system, which is installed along the perimeter of the floor to send water leaks to the sump system, and CleanSpace, our vapor wall liner that is attached to the foundation to prevent water vapor from permeating the walls and channels any leaks to the drainage system.
