Solution
After the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Dylan. A few days later, Dylan traveled to the home to begin their thorough inspection of the basement. To stop this issue from persisting, Dylan recommended securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Roel, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Roel and his crew began by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the SuperSump+. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their basement was properly repaired.
