Solution
In about a week, our Design Specialist arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, they tested the humidity levels and the sump system. After reporting their findings, they addressed the homeowners' main concerns: water leaks during power outages and high humidity levels. To tackle these issues, our Design Specialist recommended installing UltraSump, our battery backup pump that will remove excess water during power outages. To install this, the homeowner would need a large sump basket, and so our Design Specialist also recommended replacing the liner with our TripleSafe. Lastly, Aprilaire, our strong dehumidifier, was recommended to control the humidity levels.
