A homeowner in Fargo, ND, noticed the west corner of their home had a musty odor. Unsure of the source, the homewoner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with an answer. Solution
Once the estimate was set, the homewoner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Dylan. A few days later, Dylan traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Dylan noted the west wall was suffering from water damage. To prevent the water damage from continuing, Dylan recommended waterproofing the corner. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Dylan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Kingsley and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to unfinished basement walls. As soon as both products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
