Challenge

Following a series of heavy storms, a homeowner in Larimore, ND, noticed their basement was suffering from water damage. Hoping to resolve this issue, the homeowner looked into "home waterproofing companies". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our basement waterproofing services. Impressed with our previous work, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Ian, to the home to take a closer look.

Solution

Ian promptly arrived at the home to begin the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Ian noted that the entire basement was experiencing water intrusion. To stop these issues from worsening, Ian recommended securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ian to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Roel, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Roel and his crew began by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
