Solution

Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist. The Design Specialist promptly arrived at the appointment and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, the Design Specialist noted that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, the Design Specialist recommended securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Matthew, and his crew traveled to the home to start the project. First, Matthew and his crew began by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Once the TripleSafe Sump Pump was secured, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
