A homeowner in Minot, ND, knew it was time to repair their water-damaged basement. Unsure who to work with, the homeowner decided to look into "wet basement repair near me". Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ian. A few days later, Ian traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the basement.
Solution
During the inspection, Ian noted that several areas were suffering from water damage. To prevent the water damage from continuing, Ian recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ian to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew traveled to the home and began the project. First, Kingsley and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and securing the TripleSafe Sump Pump in its place. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
