Challenge
A homeowner in Cleveland, ND, wanted to begin the process of improving their basement. Knowing they needed to repair its structure and water intrusion issue, the homeowner looked into "foundation, waterproofing repair". One of the first results to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ian. A few weeks later, Ian traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the basement.
Solution
During the inspection, Ian confirmed the basement required some stabilization assistance and waterproofing. Ian proposed repairing the north basement wall, and the homeowner agreed. After working with the homeowner to find the best installation date, our foreman and his crew were assigned to the project. On the day of the project, the crew traveled to the home to begin. First, the crew began by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CarbonArmor to the cracking foundation walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work the crew completed.
