Solution
A few weeks later, Ian traveled to the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Ian noted that the exterior was leaking water. Once the WaterGuard was secured, Clay and his crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump.
