A homeowner in Northwood, IA, noticed their basement was suffering from water damage. Concerned that this would turn into a major issue, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a proper solution. Solution
Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Dylan. A few weeks later, Dylan traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Dylan confirmed the basement was suffering from water damage. To prevent the water damage from continuing, Dylan recommended waterproofing the entire space. Knowing this was the best plan of action, Dylan agreed and worked with the homeowner to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Victor, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Victor and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Once all the products were secured, Victor and his crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
